These values define as well who we are as a company. Lea's tea aims to offer some of the best teas available along with very high quality teaware. We want to make your shopping experience with us a remarkable one, before you order when looking for information on our site, when you order, and after you have ordered.

Customer service:
We do our best to ship every order placed before noon on the same day. Shipping information here Once your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your parcel. If you have a question or a special requirement ( about the products, brewing the tea, express delivery, giftwrap, giftbasket,...), please do not hesitate to contact us per email, telephone or with our very convenient chat feature. Product return:
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on our site, you can send it back to us within two weeks after the date of receipt. Please note that the product has to be returned unused and in its original packing. We give you your money back to the exception of the shipping costs. Our return policy is detailed on this page.
